Green cloth covered cardboard box with flip up lid and drop front. 4 large trays for tiles, and 4 small trays for counters, ming, and dice. The box has had extensive repair, as the "hinges" and corners had parted, and the cloth had pulled away from the cardboard.

Rosewood box with sliding front cover and 5 drawers. The bottom drawer is taller and divided up into 4 sections. The front door doesn't completely clear the brass draw pulls, and binds a little. One of the mounts for the top handle has been repaired.

Bone Counters
This set came packaged in an old cigar box with a 1970 article from Orientalia
Magazine, and That's It from 1974.
7 extra non-matching tiles, probably used as Jokers, were included also.

This core pieces of this set appear to be vintage. There are several replacement tiles that appear to have been added at least two separate times. The bottom of the box has a split from one end to the other that is visible from the interior view. A new bottom has been attached to the outside of the box to repair and hid the split.
Each suit is shown below. The original times are to the left, and the replacement tiles are separated from each row to the right.

Brown leather box with 3 latches. Front keyed latch is broken. Inside is lined in green felt. 4 green felt trays to hold tiles. 1 green felt tray, divided into 4 compartments, to hold counters, dice and ming. There is a running horse and "Trade Mark" stamped on the front latch next to the lock.
