August 18, 2005	Added images of book covers into bibliography list with links to full sized images. Fixed broken links to documents at http://gamesmuseum.uwaterloo.ca/. Moved most of the Mah Jong pages into www.jaegerstudio.com/MahJong/ but left mjlibrary.htm where it was to avoid breaking links of others that point there. Added new page with pictures of score cards from the 1920's. Added link to this new page from the MJLibrary page. Added images of the score cards into bibliography list with links to full sized images.
